Our instructors have a single important goal: Teach you how to protect yourself and your family. Teaching physical techniques is not where we stop; as our student, you will also learn about the psychology of violent confrontations, emotional aspects of self defense situations, and how your body reacts under stress. Through training, we’ll be your guide in developing confidence, discipline, perseverance, and more. And, if you or someone in your family has experienced violence, we can provide support and information about community resources.
